So, who's espouaisso?
“Espouaisso” is espresso, said the French way. The logo tells the same story: a kick like a short coffee, with ideas and feelings rising out of your head like steam off a hot cup.
Behind it there's mostly one person: me, a very curious guy. Into culture, games, music and making things, self-taught, hooked on hardware and reverse engineering since my teens, more than twenty years ago now. A Sega player since the Mega Drive and Sonic 2, then completely blown away by the Dreamcast and Shenmue, among others.
Those passions became a career. Espouaisso is the personal side of it: the adventure outside of work, where I get to make whatever I want, surrounded by the things and the people I love.
Proudly French and Sri Lankan Tamil, European, based in the Netherlands. A few cultures, cities and very different worlds in the backpack, and all of it feeds the rest.

Free or paid?
A bit of both. Some projects are free by nature. The Balatro port will never be monetised: we love the game, we love the Dreamcast, the whole point was to put the two together. The Blue Stinger patch is free too.
